The GOOSER™ is a general purpose IEC 61850-8-1 GOOSE test equipment.
The GOOSER can convert a GOOSE message received on its rear Ethernet port into a binary output activation, and it can convert a binary input activation into a GOOSE message published (sent) at its rear Ethernet port. The conversion time is typically 0.6 ms.
