Modern resonance mode and circuit technologies, which have been used for this high voltage power supply, allow to reach highest efficiencies. Excellent control capabilities are realized at the same time as well as little ripple and noise. This enables these HV power supplies for use in a broad range of applications, e.g. magnetrons, laser, X-ray tube PS, ion implantation, ion pumps, capacitor charging, e-beam systems, electrostatics, etc. Through customer specified modifications (small output ripple, reduced stored energy, mechanical dimensions) these HV PS can be matched perfectly to existing requirements.
